a) If the digital product is found to be defective or does not match the description provided on our website, a full refund may be granted within 14 days of the original purchase.
b) If the customer is unsatisfied with the product due to technical issues, a full refund may be granted within 14 days of the original purchase, as long as the customer has provided sufficient proof of the technical issue.
2. Exceptions to Refund Policy:
a) Refunds will not be granted for digital products that have been fully or partially consumed, such as virtual currency or in-game items.
b) Refunds will not be granted for digital products that have been redeemed or activated, such as game keys or subscription services.
c )Refunds will not be granted for digital products that have been sent and revealed to the buyer, such as game keys or codes.
d) Refunds will not be granted for digital products that were purchased at a discounted price, such as through a promotion or sale.
3.Refund Policy for Customers Changing Their Mind:
In cases where the customer desires a refund due to a change of mind, we will provide a partial refund. Please note that to avoid additional charges incurred through our payment processor, Stripe, the refund amount will be the original purchase amount minus Stripe's transaction fee.
3. Process for Refund Requests:
a) Customers seeking a refund must submit their request in writing to Bargain Fellas at Live Chat or Discord.
b) The request must include the customer's name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
c) Bargain Fellas will review the refund request and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, Bargain Fellas will process the refund to the original method of payment.
